I’m so excited to meet you and start connecting with you!

When you hear “culture change” in the context of your workplace, what does that mean to you?

To me “culture change” is valuing people.

It has always been a passion of mine to value others, to show them their value and to promote their value.

My goal is to help encourage growing managers build a team culture that values people, and to help professionals influence toward a better culture, even if they don’t have the direct authority.

I believe we are all created for a purpose. I believe that God wants us to put effort into the good of others. I believe that if we see things in our workplace culture that need to change, that we should be the ones to work toward that change intentionally. And I believe that we should be in community with others!
