Hello! 

I’m Jenny Hamilton. I’m a Management Mentor who has a strong internal pull to create a better culture. My passion is valuing people in the workplace!

I want to share the things I’ve learned about workplace culture with you, so we can come alongside each other and be intentional toward making our cultures better.

If you are in a position where you don’t have direct authority, but you want to encourage culture change, I’d love to exchange ideas with you and support you.

If you are a manager with some direct authority, and you want to start leading your team toward a better culture, I’d love to share tools with you that will give you a head start. And I want to support you along the way!

I’ve worked mostly in positions where I did not have direct authority to actually create change. So I’ve learned a lot about being intentional with influencing change from the sidelines. This is mostly what I write about.

Change is hard. And sometimes working toward a better culture can leave you discouraged. My hope is that we can find motivation and support from each other to make a difference in our workplaces!

I want to share my “life lessons” with you in a quick-to-read format, once per week. Some will be based on my experiences, some will be based on what I feel God is showing me through Scripture and some will be things I observe. And I’d love it if you would tell me about the situations you are in or have been in, so we can encourage each other in the best ways to influence.
